BagelBoy started as a father-son adventure. During a birthday trip to New York, we tasted countless bagels and discovered how special they are there. Once back home, the idea grew to create our own version: the Amsterdam Bagel. With sourdough as the base and a process that guarantees authenticity, we developed a bagel with a unique flavor and character. In this way, we bring the magic of New York to Amsterdam, with our own twist.
