BagelBoy is a family business that started with a father, a son and a shared love for bagels. During a birthday trip to New York, Lars and his son Caleb made it their mission to try as many bagels as possible. They fell in love with the city’s bagel culture and came home with an idea: why not create our own bagel in Amsterdam?

With the support of the whole family, that idea became the Amsterdam Bagel. Made with sourdough and prepared using a traditional process, it has its own flavour, texture and character.

What began as a small family adventure has grown into four locations in Amsterdam and two in Bali. We may be growing, but BagelBoy is still built around the same things: family, good food and bringing people together.
